Who We Support
Vibe Provision supports young people aged 14+ with SEN and additional learning needs. Our provision may be suitable for learners who:
Have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
Benefit from smaller learning environments
Prefer practical learning to traditional classroom-based education
Require additional support with communication or confidence
Have become disengaged from education
Need structure and consistent routines
Are interested in barbering or vocational careers
Need support preparing for further education or employment
Suitability is considered individually because no two learners
have the same strengths, needs or aspirations.

Understanding the Learner
Our starting point is understanding the individual rather than expecting every learner to work in the same way.
Information provided through referrals, EHCPs, schools, families and other professionals helps us identify appropriate support strategies.
Where required, this may include:
- Adapted teaching
- Additional processing time
- Individual targets
- Mentoring
- Positive behaviour strategies
- Reasonable adjustments
- Visual prompts
- Progress reviews
- Support with communication
- Preparation for transitions
Support is reviewed as the learner progresses.
